Brambleton Ribbon Run

Come visit Tiny Toes Dance Academy at our booth this Saturday starting at 6:30 AM at the Brambleton Ribbon Run 5k, 10k and Kid's Fun Run!  The race is to support the Step Sisters and raise money for Breast Cancer Research.

Mom Mom and Pop Pop Visit

Another exciting couple of days around here!  Kayden has been entertained by two of her favorite people: Mom Mom and Pop Pop!  Thankfully they endured my silly schedule of teaching in 2 places and my usual running around as well as Kris' many many phone calls and late nights.  We managed to squeeze in a trip to the park, a dance class and a meal at Eggspectation.  If you haven't tried it yet, they just opened last month at the Village at Leesburg and their extensive menu is sure to please. Plus, you can get breakfast all day....who can complain? Here are a few photos that show our adventures:

Just thought I'd share a first in the Johnson house today.  We had a leftover at breakfast. 

 

Can't believe this ooey gooey cinnamon goodie was passed over by Kris hollow-leg Johnson, Kayden Sweet Tooth Johnson and, well, myself.   Poor lil' guy. Maybe he'll get lucky later today? There's definitely a chance for him.

So, after an exciting day of dance class, Spanish lesson and being good for Mommy, Kayden decides to hit Daddy up for a game of bowling...topped off with a "PRETTTTTTY PLEASE?".  And that was all it took.
